Scott has founded and scaled his own firm, Lead Ram Consulting, and developed the repeatable systems, team structures, and operational frameworks that growing enterprises depend on. At nLiten AI, he applies that same execution focused approach translating product vision into delivery, coordinating engineering and design partners, and building the operational backbone for rapid, sustainable growth.

Paul Deville is a seasoned operator and former COO, and VP of operations, he provides high-level guidance to the founder team to think bigger and avoid common early-stage mistakes. He provides vision and long-term direction for the company’s Go-to-Market Strategy.  Paul works with senior management to design early stage hiring plans and organizational structure along with founder roles, equity splits, and development sequences. At nLiten Ai, he works with the CEO and COO to identify risks and provide objective feedback on major decisions to help the company scale collaboratively.

Jason Turnquist is the Chief of Technology; a future and forward thinking executive, engineering secure cloud architectures and scalable infrastructure for global learning platforms. He has award-winning digital agency experience, specializing in custom web design, mobile app development, and enterprise software solutions. He is a proven leader, founding his own company Fyresite, and deploying AI-driven personalization engines. Jason is an expert at aligning technical roadmaps with corporate strategy to deliver low-latency, cross-device digital experiences. Saige Fraiha is the Chief of Product at nLiten Ai, with a background in UX/UI design, marketing, branding, and e-commerce solutions. She has over 20 years of experience, founding her own company, Designed by Cats, and specializing in branding, and product design. She is an expert in aligning user experience with cutting-edge technology to build engaging, intuitive, and accessible learning interfaces. She is responsible for leveraging data analytics, AI integrations, and agile frameworks to accelerate feature deployment and maximize user retention. Saige unites cross-functional engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-impact products for nLiten Ai that will solve real-world educational challenges.
